Olive Manor is an independent living retirement community for seniors located in Sylmar, California. We pride ourselves and aim to provide all our residents with affordable, safe and comfortable independent living for seniors over 62 years old with their rent based on income. Olive Manor is located close to two supermarkets and the 210 freeway. Offering it’s residents spacious 1-bedroom apartments, an on-site laundry facility, back patio and outdoor deck.
